Hey Everyone, With July coming to an end I thought I would share some of this moths favourites with you. Beauty products, events and more.
Purederm exfoliating foot mask- I will admit I was doubtful that something that costs £2.80 would get rid of the dead skin I had been battling for years with micro pedi's, pedicures etc. But withing the 4 days given my feet started peeling and have been ever since not long now until my feet are silky smooth! I would definitely recommend!

Hey Everyone, So in case you hadn't already guessed I have curly hair, which has been the bane of my existence.
As you can see total frizz bomb!
For two years my only salvation was my ghd's but as you can imagine the time it took was annoying and I decided to stop before the heat damage became irreparable. So below are the tips and resources I use to help me cope with my unruly frizzy curls.
Sign up to www.naturallycurly.com and take their hair type quiz. There are more than one type of curl and each type need different care tips and products. The products on there site are pricey but they will tell you the type of product your curl type needs and you can use a cheaper brand my personal favourite being John Frieda.
If you don't fancy trying plopping remember to never touch your curls when they are drying or you will just end up a big frizz ball which I have learnt the hard way.
Sign up to naturally curly emails and explore the site, there are so many amazing tips for care and styling of your hair!
And finally just enjoy your natural curls, there are girls out there killing their hair to look how you do when you wake up in the morning :D
And the End Result!
So go and look fabulous my curly haired friends! Sarah x
Hey Ladies, I don't know about you guys but there's a certain time of month when I just want to lock the world away, eat a vat load of chocolate, and ugly cry! My periods have affected my emotional and physical health since they started and whilst my doctor has me on medications to make them a less "damaging" experience. I still have the same issues as the majority of us. :'( Luckily I have turned myself into a Organisation Queen! Whilst I cant make the experience enjoyable, I am now well prepared and I fully recommend setting up your own survival kit! Here's mine;
Firstly and most importantly Tampons/sanitary towels!! - Always check a week in advance that you have enough nothing worse than being caught without!!
Painkillers - because lets face it your inside ripping off and bleeding out of you isn't that much fun, natural or not..
Green Tea - Not only does this make you feel less bloated (Because feeling like a whale is another perk of being a woman) but the heat can help relieve cramps along with...
Hot water bottle/heat pack (Picture below) - for when I just cant get off the sofa
Comfy socks & tracksuit bottoms for when your at home - comfort is everything
And Chocolate!!! - Because I don't care what my body supposedly needs instead, I want chocolate and I'm eating it!
What would you guys have in your kit? Have you got any advice for someone whose struggling? Comments below :D xx Sarah x
P.S. Come back next Monday for my advice for girls with curly hair!
Hey Everyone! I just finished this book and I would definitely recommend!! The book is based around Marie Dunwoody, her family and her ultimate Nemesis, perfect home maker & Neighbour Lucy Gray. The book is all about Marie trying to learn how to cook for her daughters school bake sale in one year all the highs and low and the rest of her life in that year. There are so many reasons to love this book but here are my top few:
It got me interested in cooking again! (Yay yummy bakes)
I realised my bakes didn't have to look perfect as long as they tasted good (Yep a book helped me defeat the perfectionist inside me, life changing!)
And it reminded me of something we should remind ourselves everyday.....
If someones life seems perfect remember you are only seeing the highlights! Everyone has outtakes!
